I’m Elizabeth Lovius, an international coach, speaker, award-winning trainer, business healer, therapist and social entrepreneur. My vision is to catalyse a global shift in business consciousness.
For over 30 years, I’ve worked with leaders across sectors—from global banks to purpose-led start-ups—helping them align their inner game with the real change they want to lead. For many leaders there is an inner struggle with busyness, burnout and finding balance.
