As a mentor, I can offer thirty years of expertise and practical support on developing your optimum culture as well as guidance on any relationship challenges and how to get the best out of your team, your colleagues or your board.
As a coach we will primarily focus on how you can lead yourself with wisdom - this is the key that enables you to lead everyone (including you) to thrive. After all - when your inner game aligns, our outer game shines.

Coaching involves an initial chemistry check, an Archetype analysis (if desired). Then we conduct a program at your pace - usually six in-depth sessions or a program structured to suit you (either remote or in-person).
Additionally - we can also conduct a personalised 360 Feedback at the beginning of the program and again at the end.
